Steve Daulby
Steve is an experienced change agent, consultant and expert in staff training and development – a facilitator for the government and boards, team builder and team and exec coach with the skill to devise solutions for complex problems, the sensitivity to build effective teams, and the personality to get along with almost anybody. Specific recent projects have included conflict mediation, change management, team building, sales training and Steve was one of a group of 25 facilitators for large governmental stakeholder engagement events on mental health, copyright and care and support. Achievements include the design and implementation of Travelodge’s internal communication strategy and the management of the UK’s largest culture change programme of the time (110,000 Sainsbury’s staff).

Adam Neal
Adam has worked in the financial services profession since his graduation in 1997. He started with a 7 year introduction to business with the London arm of a FTSE100 investment provider/life assurer working with major employee benefit consultants and private wealth management firms. It soon became time for him to assume greater control and move away from the corporate environment as an opportunity presented itself to join a well-established Surrey financial planning practice in 2005 and later to set up his own business. Adam has a set of very strong client relationships and professional connections. These form the core of his financial planning and wealth management practice today.
Christine Critchley
Christine is a principal consultant and trainer with System Concepts. Before moving to System Concepts, she was the health and safety controller with Freemans mail order for 15 years. For two years running, Christine won the British Institute of Facilities Management Award for Training Programme Presenter of the Year. In 2005 she won a Lifetime Achievement Award. Christine specialises in: public speaking on health, safety and ergonomics; customising and presenting in-house courses; conducting health and safety audits and risk assessments and providing health and safety support and guidance to clients. Christine’s particular strengths are in the development of practical solutions in the management of health and safety and the integration of safety management systems into business processes.
